What happens if my bag has some kind of product failure
If you feel your product has failed please make contact as we would want to fix it for you.
This does not apply to stains, scratches or general wear and tear.
What if I want to see the bags before I purchase
Our handbags are offered for sale online only, we keep overheads to a minimum to keep prices as good as they can be.
My bags are handmade, one-of-a-kind products with many hours dedicated to every one!
We do bring them to specialty events from time to time – they are your only opportunity to see them before you buy!
